Last checked: Oct. 17, 2026. Scopely's Division 12 notes and first news-feed page were reread; the older Haven notes remain background.
Star Trek Fleet Command next update: Scopely posted the Division 12 patch notes on Oct. 15, 2026, and they do not use the name "Update 96".
The short version
- What: Division 12 was the newest entry on Scopely's feed as of Oct. 17: a new officer, a limited-time Haven exchange and a timed event series.
- When: events run Oct. 15, 9:00 a.m. PT, to Oct. 19, 9:00 a.m. PT. Crucible of War returns Nov. 2.
- Who: The Haven exchange needs the Elite Battle Pass track; Haven opens at Ops 61 (Update 95 notes), and some Haven structures ask for more, such as Ops 63 or Ops 71 (Division 12 notes).
What the Division 12 notes confirm
Scopely posted the notes Oct. 15, and they remained the newest entry on the first page of the official feed when checked Oct. 17. The release focuses on unexplained phenomena and introduces the officer Villains Rose Harper.
The Skin of My Enemies series has a fixed window. The notes say all three Heroic Solo Milestone Events and the Skin of the Rival Cross-Server Leaderboard run from "October 15 at 9:00 a.m. PT to October 19 at 9:00 a.m. PT."
Haven, introduced in the Update 95 notes, gets a limited-time exchange: "players who unlock the Elite Battle Pass track can earn a full unlock of one featured Epic Haven structure of their choice." We found no end date.
One bug is flagged as unresolved. The Bug Fixes list describes a DONE button that "could become unresponsive on the second Chest Summary screen after bulk claiming more than 10 chests." A footnote dated Oct. 15 says the issue "is still occurring in-game" and "a fix is being investigated."
Key dates (PT / ET / UTC)
Only the event window has a time in the notes. ET and UTC are our conversions from Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7).
| Date | What the notes say | Time (PT / ET / UTC) |
|---|---|---|
| Oct. 15 | Heroic Solo Milestone Events and Skin of the Rival leaderboard start | 9:00 a.m. / 12:00 p.m. / 16:00 |
| Oct. 19 | Those events end | 9:00 a.m. / 12:00 p.m. / 16:00 |
| Nov. 1 | Kelcie Mae Blueprints "guaranteed in all T2 and T3 Territory zones for one season only" (Territory Service rotation) | Not stated |
| Nov. 2 | Crucible of War returns | Not stated |
| Dec. 1 | Same blueprints return to "chance-based availability" | Not stated |
A footnote dated Oct. 15 says the notes were updated that day to add the Crucible of War return, so recheck the page before Nov. 2.
What is not confirmed yet
Confirmed (Division 12 notes, reread Oct. 17): the events, the Haven exchange, the Kelcie Mae and Crucible of War dates, and the open DONE-button bug.
Not confirmed yet:
- The name "Update 96". Neither the Division 12 notes nor the feed's first page uses it. The feed does list Update 95.1 and 95.3; those are separate dated releases.
- The end of the Update 95 arc. Its notes listed the arc as "running from September 17 to October 15." The Division 12 notes do not say whether it has ended.
- Times and end dates. No end date for the Haven exchange; no time for Nov. 1, Nov. 2 or Dec. 1.
Maya's take: Plan around Oct. 19, 9:00 a.m. PT, the one dated deadline with a time. Nov. 2 is official, but recheck it nearer the date, since Scopely edited the notes on Oct. 15.
