Affiliate disclosure
Some links on GameSelecto earn us a commission. Here is exactly how that works and what it never changes.
Last updated October 12, 2026
The short version
GameSelecto participates in AFBooster game offers. When you follow an offer link and complete a qualifying action under that offer's terms, we may receive a commission. Free-to-play games may include optional purchases. Check the destination's terms before registering or spending.
Our hardware and setup pages can also link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Where it applies
- Eligible game articles can contain contextual offer links.
- Advertising banners can appear across the site, including on articles about other games.
- Offer links pass through our site and AFBooster's tracking service before reaching the advertiser.
- Hardware and setup pages can contain Amazon product links. Each one names Amazon on the button and takes you straight to Amazon.com, with no redirect through our site.
What it never changes
- Which games and products we cover.
- The verdict a game or product receives, or the score if it carries one.
- The order of a ranking.
- Whether we recommend against buying something.
Our editorial policy is to base recommendations on the stated evidence and the reader's needs. An advertising placement is commercial exposure; it is not a review score or proof of a hands-on test.
Programmes we participate in
Our currently configured game offer platform is AFBooster. Offer availability depends on the advertiser's rules, permitted traffic, country and device. A game covered editorially does not necessarily have an active affiliate offer.
GameSelecto is also a participant in the Amazon Associates programme. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon product links carry our Associates tag and go directly to Amazon.com; the price you pay is the same with or without it. We only link to the exact model named on the page: a product without a verified Amazon listing shows the manufacturer's page instead. We count the click on our own site (which product, on which page, from the table or the product card) and send Amazon nothing about you; orders and commissions are reported to us by Amazon in aggregate, never per visitor.
Advertising
Advertising appears in reserved page placements, including between article sections. Banner artwork can be supplied by advertisers. GameSelecto may earn a commission from qualifying actions. This applies to advertising banners and offer links across the site. An image or animation should not be read as independent gameplay evidence.
