Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the original text, structure and layout of this site, and the GameSelecto name and logo, belong to GameSelecto and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page, as the law allows. Any other reproduction, adaptation or republication, in whole or in part, needs our prior written permission.

Images carry the licence or permission under which we publish them, with an attribution where one is required. If you hold rights in something published here and believe it is used incorrectly, write to us with the page address, a description of the work and a way to verify your rights. We review every such message and act on it.

Third-party trademarks and game content

GameSelecto is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the publishers, studios, platforms or hardware makers it writes about, unless a page says otherwise. Game titles, characters, artwork, screenshots, logos and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them to report on, evaluate and identify the products concerned, for editorial and informational purposes.

Advertising and affiliation

The site earns money from advertising banners and affiliate links. When you follow an offer link and complete a qualifying action under that offer’s terms, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay and does not change what we write; a placement is commercial exposure, not a review score. How it works, and what it never changes, is on theaffiliate disclosure.

Accuracy and links

We work to keep the information accurate and dated, and we correct errors in public (see theeditorial policy). Games, prices, offers and hardware change often, and we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it. The site links to third-party websites and offers that we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
